Salian Foundation Inc.

Salian Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing free healthcare services to underserved communities. Through strategic partnerships with medical institutions and organizations like I.E. Medica and MedEthix, the foundation offers essential medical care, including consultations, specialized treatments, and free medications. Its recent medical mission in Cebu included eye checkups, pediatric care, orthopedic services, and cervical cancer screenings. Committed to expanding its reach, Salian Foundation continues to organize medical missions, focusing on remote communities to ensure access to quality healthcare for those in need.

2025
MedEthix Incorporated received two awards at the Healthcare Asia Pharma Awards 2025 for its efforts in raising awareness about endometriosis.
2024
Expanded our Reproductive Health portfolio to include General OB-GYN, Reproductive Medicine, and Urology.
2021
Became the first importer of Molnupiravir, an oral antiviral drug for mild to moderate COVID-19 cases, demonstrating agility in pandemic response.
2019
Strengthened the healthcare supply chain by forming a strategic partnership with AC Health, expanding access to essential medicines.
2015
Introduced a pioneering Ethical Marketing division, focusing on Women’s Health and Reproductive Medicine to support maternal care and fertility.
2009
Established Salian Foundation Inc, to extend healthcare access beyond medicine, focusing on community-driven health initiatives and support programs for underserved Filipinos.

Establishment of Salian Foundation

Salian Foundation, Inc. was established with a mission to drive positive social impact through education, healthcare, and community development. Establishment of Manufacturing company in India, an E-commerce Company & another Distribution Company

The journey of expansion continued with the establishment of a manufacturing company in India, reinforcing a commitment to quality and innovation in production. That same year, an e-commerce company was launched, embracing digital transformation to enhance accessibility and customer engagement. Additionally, another distribution company was founded, strengthening logistics and market reach. These milestones marked a significant step forward in business growth and operational excellence.

Strategic Partnership with Ayala Healthcare Holdings

Ayala Healthcare Holdings, Inc. (AC Health) forged a strategic partnership with IE Medica, Inc. and MedEthix, Inc., marking a significant collaboration in the healthcare sector. This partnership aimed to enhance access to high-quality pharmaceutical products and strengthen healthcare distribution networks, fostering innovation and improved patient care. The alliance underscored a shared commitment to advancing the healthcare landscape through expertise, integrity, and service excellence.

2021

First to bring Molnupiravir to the Philippines

MedEthix Inc. made history by being the first to bring Molnupiravir (Molnaflu) to the Philippines in 2021, marking a major milestone in the country’s fight against COVID-19. This achievement also represented the first shipment of Molnupiravir to Southeast Asia, reinforcing MedEthix Inc.’s dedication to pioneering healthcare solutions and expanding access to critical treatments. Through this milestone, the company played a crucial role in advancing medical care during a critical period.
